A CPD tracking platform for every division office in Region XI

The problem

Tracking Continuing Professional Development (CPD) accreditation, credit units, and completion reports across an entire region was heavy manual paperwork, repeated separately by each of the 11 division offices, with no shared source of truth.

The solution

A role-based CPD monitoring dashboard, commissioned as a paid engagement, deployed as a Progressive Web App and rolled out across all 11 division offices in Davao Region. Sign-in is restricted to verified DepEd accounts, and 331 existing CPD records were migrated in via a custom script rather than re-entered by hand.

Rebuilding a government compliance form to match seven official templates, exactly

The problem

School Form 9 (the official DepEd report card) has strict, grade-band-specific layouts and computation rules — attendance summaries, term averages, promotion status — and the printed output has to match the government template pixel-for-pixel, across seven different templates from Grade 2 through Senior High.

The solution

A phased rebuild — schema, computation engine, dynamic rendering, then docx export — delivered as standalone reviewed phases rather than one large rewrite. Each release was verified against real student data with automated print-to-PDF checks, not just a visual read-through.

Turning paper classroom walkthroughs into trend-tracked data

The problem

Instructional supervision at SANHS ran on loose paper checklists — slow to fill out, slower to compile into RPMS and quality-assurance reports, and impossible to see trends in over time.

The solution

A Department Heads Daily Walkthrough Monitoring Tool: trend charts, flag-for-follow-up workflows, photo evidence attachments, department-to-department comparison, a monthly accomplishment tracker, and a visit planner — all backed by a proper database instead of a paper trail.
